Course Delivery
A full-time intensive (1) months training program.
8am to 2:30pm Monday – Thursday
Part Time Weekend (Approx twelve (2) months To Complete)
The weekend program is held on Saturdays and runs in a cycle with admissions open throughout the year.
Course intake 5th of May
All equipment and ingredients and aprons are provided for all classes.
